As our UI/UX Designer, you'll craft visually stunning, innovative interfaces across multiple products simultaneously. You'll own design systems for different ventures, each requiring its own distinctive visual identity while maintaining excellence across the board. This isn't about pushing pixels it's about creating experiences that blend cutting-edge aesthetics, smooth animations, and intuitive interactions that set new standards in Web3 design.

This role is for designers who: think in motion, obsess over visual details, and can execute graphics and animations that elevate their UI work from good to extraordinary.

What You'll Create

Visual Design & Branding

• Design visually captivating landing pages, DAPPs, and AI platforms that stop users mid-scroll
• Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual elements that enhance the UI
• Build and evolve multiple design systems in parallel—each with unique visual languages
• Design futuristic interfaces that push aesthetic boundaries while remaining usable

Motion & Animation

• Craft smooth micro-interactions, transitions, and animations that bring interfaces to life
• Design engaging motion graphics for hero sections, onboarding flows, and feature demonstrations
• Create prototypes with advanced animations that showcase the full vision

User Experience

• Conduct user research specific to Web3 and AI audiences
